I need help with this ?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 06 ram 1500. That is reving at high rpms  and
shifting out of 1st  at 3000.  We have changed the  
Throttle body air filter Trans filter and fluids  we even
disconnected the battery  after so it could reset.  Still
not fixed.   Need help.    Could it be the timeing?
