Question type: Car Customization

Hey guys. I have a question for you, and I am wondering if you could help me out? I am wondering if it is possible
to take the mirrors off of a 1994-97 Dodge Ram, and put them on a 1998-2001? I don't care if they're not power,
or if I have to replace the doors. I'll do whatever it takes to get rid of those ugly plastic mirrors for the chrome ones
instead.
