can you help me with a electrical problem?

Check the wire hardness attaching to the right turn signal bulb, it may be burnt/fried/etc. There is usually a seperate wire for harzards going to the bulb than the turn signal. Look for a loose/worn wire, or just replace the connector all together, that should do it
