2001 Dodge 5.9 cummins, new lift pump ,new injectors , new throttle sensor and im getting 18-22 psi and i still have no throttle power truck will not go over 10 what am i missing could it be my MAP?

and Im getting 18-22 psi and i still have no throttle power truck will not go over
10 what am i missing could it be my MAP sensor ?

It could be, but I could be wrong I had a 94 Chevy astro needed new distributor cap and MAPS sensor. But she wouldn't even starts without the maps sensor

Fuel pressure is low. Look up the required pressure but 22 is low.

Is the injection pump worn out? Dirty fuel filter?
