Acceleration delay

2002 dodge 2500 wont accelerate unless its floored . once it gets to 45,50 mph
it falles off .but at 60 it holds strong . It did this about 6 monthed ago . i replaced
both pumps all filters and it did good for a while now its doing it again could it
be the turbo?
