My blazer

I just bought this Blazer about a month ago and the
dashboard lights do not come on at night where I
can see to drive see the speed on there what kind
of speed I'm going the lights on the gear shift
where it shows Park reverse neutral night lights up
and then on the radio during the day the lights
come on and the time cuz I put a new battery in it
but at night time it doesn't show up you just seem
kind of little dots of light and then when you turn it
off park it and turn it off the lights come on on it it
shows the time in the radio station what could this
be a shortage and where at
