I’ve installed new MAF sensor and replaced PCV
valve...shortFT% is between 15-35 and longFT%
is steady @ 25...

I'd have your intake smoked to find the vaccum leak. Due to the age, I'd replace all the rubber hoses regardless. Check your fuel pressure also, could be not enough fuel, inflating the air measurements. Another possible area to check is your exhaust manifold to the cat, a leak in this area would also pull those codes.

So I’m limited on tools and don’t have a smoke machine...what’s the next best method to find a vacuum leak, also I’ve replaced fuel pump and filter...
