Is it a rhythmic noise, like from a rotating part? Or is it strictly from bouncing over rough roadway? Did you check for debris you may have picked up? Check for a loose heat shield by catalytic converter, or a loose ebrake cable. Some suspension components connected to the frame may sound like their coming through the floor of the cab...? (sway bar bushings for instance). You'll just have to crawl around under there poking things to find source of noise.
