Flywheel and Starter problems

Replaced Starter several times will start but
Screeching sounds and hard start flywheel
visably in good shap no chipping or missing
teeth has replaced starter several time?

You may have to shim the starter. They make starter shims for GM. Just have to find the right combination for the correct thickness of shims to make the stater mesh smoothly.

I'm having the same problem. I have a 2002 Chevy Blazer 4x4 automatic. Replaced starter twice and now I just replaced flywheel. What could be causing the noice
