How can I get the front axles out the hub bearing assembly, I've removed the axle nut and rented a hub puller and applied heat to it, but it is seized in there and will not come out.

you need to disconnect ball joint first so axle has room to slide it wont move into the differential

thers 3 boltd on the spindle if this is an s10 size if its a ful size thers 4 more retaing nuts that hold the hub on there round and you might need to rent a tool to losten thhem up the front axels have snap rngs that hold them in once you get the hub loose and get to the spindle youl be able tose alittle better what your doing

Spray some penetrating oil on both sides. I then use a center punch on an air hammer int the dimple of the axle. Its will come loose. If you dont have an air hammer use the hammer that you have but make sure you dont mess up the threads by mushrooming them. dont be scared. You will have to hit it hard
