How to clear the monitors (5 out of 6) asap, to pass inspection?

My monitors are taking forever to clear.  It won't pass inspection until 5 out of 6 have cleared.  Is there a shortcut to this problem?

if you have a check engine light you can forget passing. The only was to have it run the tests is to drive it.
