I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer turns over but will not start only when it's cold out..turn key on and off 5 times and it will start right up??? what could be the problem?

One thought is every time you cycle the key, it primes the fuel system. Check proper fuel pressure. Could be other issues, I suppose.
