Suggestions.....make sure the Battery is fully charged.....12.6 v dc across the battery. check fuses in junction/fuse box under hood. Check Voltage at starter motor while attempting a crank. What YEAR Motor was put into this vehicle?

I bought the motor at a salvage yard I told them all my info for the car and they got it for me... I checked all the fuses and there is power to the start and I checked the wire that engages the start when you turn the keep it lights up as well put it will not roll the starter over when you jump the to post it rolled over the start relay clicks (one time) when you turn the key to start only light that come on on the dash cloister is the low oil light no other lights come on the headlights work brake lights and turn signals work
If the engine you installed is not out of another 03 .......you might be dealing with a computer and wiring harness issue. Computer and computer wiring harnesses do change from year to year. Before we install a junk yard motor we always have the computer and its wiring harness included in the deal. We then put a wrench on the Crank Shaft Bolt and manually crank the engine to make sure it is not seized. We then attach a fully charged battery to the Starter Motor and see if she will spin and take a compression test. No sense in installing an engine with bad compression. Any other thoughts?
