2003 toyota camry

Hello
My temperature  gauge goes from zero to pass H (hot) after a few minutes of driving. I have replaced the thermostat radiator) I need suggestions on what to do next what could be the problem.

First of all. Has your vehicle over heated by any chance on you? If so, pull your Oil dipstick an see if the oil looks normal or if it looks Milky! Then we can go from there.

I noticed smoke from the tail pipe this morning must be a head gasket. Fan comes on not sure about the oil issue im going to take it to the dealer to confirm if I do an oil change I will get the multi point inspection free 40.00 vs 120.00 I will have my answer.
