Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have low beams, daytime running lights but no
high beams.
I have checked the fuses and bulbs.
Could this be a relay issue?

hello, I have a 2000 Camry. the passenger side high beam is not working, I don't have continuity between fuse to conector. on driver side YES. I know I have a short somewhere put my really problem is the high beams indicator (blue) on dashboard is not working and my safety inspection was failed. I removed the panel and test the bulb and is working fine.... can somebody ask me if the switch send power to the indicator ??

thanks for your answer, I found a Relays box that was hanging near the battery and until I looked for continuity in the cables I found that the cable was for that box and the relay DRL3 was bad.
