Car won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car was started when I was picking up my kids  
then I turned it off but once I tried to turn it back on
it didn't want to start so I thought it was the battery
so I got a jump n it did nothing I tried to see if the
fuel pump was turning on but kinda hard to hear
when I turn the key to the start it dings so couldn't
hear I'm at a loss it don't even want to turn over
does anyone have an answer for what's happening

Yeah well if I wanted to do that I would of kuz all they'll do is give me a big as bill to pay I ask ppl on here that should at least know the problem or least somewhat close to the problem
