Ok so I changed my stock radio out with a new one and right after that maybe 5 to 10 min after and engine light came on and started running funny like it's gonna die and running ruff

Well there was something that my husband didn't hook up and it was fine until husband changed the radio so no one could just give me a response that me as a new car owner and first one owned at that plz I have no idea what that all means
