I changed out the battery and now it won't do anything

Asked by GuruXKBC1 Nov 06, 2018 at 06:02 PM about the 2000 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 230 Supercharged Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My customer brought this car to
me and told me they had to jump
the car off every time they wanted
to go anywhere. I found out that
the battery wasn't any good, so I
replaced it with a new one and
now the car doesn't do anything.

Did you miss a cable or wire? If you can get to the alternator battery stud check it for voltage, check the fuses and fuse links with all that jump starting they may have mixed the cables and popped a fuse. I hope this helps
