2001 Mercedes Benz c240

I replace the battery in my car now it won't start. All
the lights work key works but no click or nothing
when I turn the key... What could be the issue?

what's the battery voltage? Don't assume a new battery has proper charge. MB is very finicky about proper voltage. If 11.5+ check your connections. Must be very clean and tight
