2001 Mercedes C320. Every time I turn my car on it makes a consant clicking sound for about 40 seconds. The car drives just fine while its clicking.
When it's too cold outside there's no
clicking and the heat doesn't work.

Timing need to be retuned and you may need a new heater coil and/or thermostat.
