Can I add a turbo kit to my 2004 Mercedes C 230 Kompressor with a supercharged engine?

Not really. The supercharger is already forcing air into the engine. I don't keep up to date on these applications, but in the racing world they change the size of the supercharger pulley to drive it harder, forcing more air into the engine for more power.
