how do I rate a carguru seller

I found and purchased a car thru a carguru dealer and the car was not what the ad showed but I liked the car & bought it anyway- it had one electronic key and I was told they would get me another one- they didnt- now they want over $200 for a key- and the steering wheel lock was broken- I was told they would find the parts to fix it and they didnt do that either- I got it repaired at my mechanics- this is NOT good business practices  and really makes your website look cheesey- are all the sellers this dishonest???
