I have a 2005 c230 Kompressor sport
and when I am idling its like
sputtering it's fine when I'm driving
just when I thought. I also have
noticed that if lost power it doesn't
take off is good nor is it as fast. What
could this be?

check the belt tensioner on the "Kompressor" after some time the spring can get weak and slip and bounce~...check that belt~!...and the tensioner arm strength~

yes a stick and slip arrangement of the belt would make it Idle funny...yes indeed~
