Car stalling, not picking up speed

My clk 320 starts up idles good but when I press
the gas it stalls to pickup speed like it struggling
for gas and began to shake... if I turn car off and
restart it idles and drives fine until it reaches
60mph then begins to stall and hesitate to pickup
speed.... i can't drive over 75mph.... help me out

have the fuel delivery checked. Fuel filter (replace anyway) check fuel pump and be sure no electrical issues. Might be time consuming, so check with dealer or BOSCH shop before.
