trunk is locked and battery is dead!!! how can I access battery. manual key does not open trunk

you can charge thru the cigarette lighter, not enough to jump start but you should get enough thru there to open the trunk, see below copy and paste...

Key will open the trunk. Read the manual. You turn it to the left then pull the handle or push the button that the key goes in with the key turned.
