Have you tried putting a charger on the battery to charge it? Will the motor turn over when you put jumper cables on it? If so, your fuel system may need charging, If your battery is completely dead, the electronic fuel pump will not work to put fuel into the system. Is your car situated so the tow company will not or can not put it on a flatbed truck? Sounds like a lazy driver to me. Tow trucks tow cars not running all the time when responding to vehicle accidents. If you have insurance to tow it, like AAA, and the drive refuses, give the company (AAA) a call and request a different company. There is no reason you can not get it taken to the dealer or garage for repairs.
I pput in a new battery and car will not start.
