If your owners manual says it isn't used check and see if there is actually a fuse in place, if there is, pull it out and see what stops working. Chances are it'll be something that a previous owner added, after market stereo amp or cd changer maybe?
audio amp at rear may be on this line, do a fuse reset, unhook bat, terminals touch together cable ends, reconnect to bat.!
