Nice car. I would buy one if I had the money. German engineering ain't no joke.
Be prepared for suspension issues, electrical issues, and depending on the mileage maintenance. Remember, you may be able buy a nice car, but can you afford to maintain it. The German's are very proud of their parts.
Mercedes makes a great car. Only being three years old I highly doubt you'll have any issues. If you are buying it from a Mercedes dealer they should be adding a starmark warranty. This will add to the cost however. The only problem I have with the newer benz is if something goes wrong you have to have it repaired at a dealer. Nobody else has the software.
It is a pain in the neck car. I had problems with mine since I bought it, starting with the seat latch, and ending with the radio and GPS not working. I personally won't buy another Mercedes again.
I have a 2008 CLK cabriolet with 19K MI. It is a perfect car Put on new tires.Oil change at 13K mi or 1yr. The price has not changed since 2 yrs ago. I am holding it for appreciation and ready to sell
2008 Clk: No mechanical problem. Consumer Reports rated this year is the best CLK. Please check with Consumer Reports.
I'm sure this is a great car Mercedes Benz just keeps getting better. I have been driving a 1998 CLK 320 for three years and it has been completely trouble free. They are very simple vehicles repair I have made outside of normal maintenance is replacement of the water pump & serpentine belt. These cars are very reliable.
