why does the unlimited search not work. I am only getting local results
Asked by allwheeldrive Nov 05, 2013 at 09:42 AM about the 2000 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 430 4MATIC
Question type: General
I was searching for a mercedes 2000-2002 e430 4matic nationwide and got many results.
Then I changed the setting to 500 miles or less and got 1. Then I tried to chane it back to
unlimited and still got only that one. Cool website but this feature is broken. It seems like
once it got my zip code then it didn't work after that.

There are very few of them. I tried the same thing you did and for 2000 E-Class M/B there are only 14 listings Nationwide. I don't think the feature is broken, they are simply hard to find. I tried 100 miles and got 1.Then 200 miles, which where I am includes the entire Los Angeles area there are 29 listings. That was just searching E-Class, 2000-2002. Then when you get even more specific, E430, even fewer. Best of luck..Happy shopping!
Whoa..hold on..you are right. After I plugged in my zip code and hit 'unlimited' there were no listings outside Calif. Something is not right..sorry 'bout that ...and 200 miles is not really ALL of LA, but a portion. I live 180 miles from downtown LA
I have the same issue in looking for a BMW 650i. I am having to plug in different zip codes to get different regions of the US. Painful.

I too am having this probllem (searching for an Audi A3 2006-2013). "Unlimited Radius" is only giving me CA listings (I'm in North Hollywood), and it will not allow me to leave the zip code box blank. Does anyone have an answer or solution?
