ETS is electronic traction and stability control. Each wheel has a sensor that has controls its traction and speed so it could be an issue with one of the sensors. You could have your car hooked up to a computer to have a diagnostic test done to see exactly what the issue is. If the light is constantly on it usually means the system is off.
