Traction control ml320 -99-

Asked by Zizou98 Aug 25, 2018 at 08:34 AM about the 1999 Mercedes-Benz M-Class ML 320 4MATIC

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi, changed new Tires, all 4 same.
Traction control is coming on when slow
speed, right turns, and left turns. When
driving on paving stone it gets much
worse.
Faster speed, it doesn’t do anything, also
when car is still cold it’s aktivated more
then when car gets warm.
This only started after the new tires were
put on. Size or so should matter right? I’ve
had 255/50/19, now it’s 245/45/19 oalways
on all 4 at the same time. My winter is
225/65/16, and never had problems in 3
Years. Also abs esp and ets lights light up
2 times but go away after spending up.
Is it just the new tires need time to adjust?
Anyone had problems agter
Changing tires?

thank you for your input, maybe the timing is perfect with the tire change? I did have this issue when my tires the bad ones were on...as they got really bad this did already happen but no at all so much and many times. It was more in situations were you would expect bad tires not gripping good. So i did think it would all go away with the new ones. Also the garageshop could maybe bumped or even damaged something while putting on? I will look after the wires and connections.
