My 1999 Mercedes kept cutting off and wouldn't start every 30 minutes. My neighbor put it on the machine. It said misfire in cylinder 1, he went to the junkyard got a coil pack, took 5 minutes to change it, it had a small crack in it. I've been riding every since.

I had the same issue. I almost gave up, until i started wiggling the relays inside the engine bay. K12 had some play and the car shut off when i moved it. Replaced the Relay with a new one, and the car started right up and stayed on. I wiggled the relay in K12 and no play. I think i resolved my issue with my car dying randomly while driving. It would run, and shut off a few minutes later. Then when i would try and restart, it would not turn. I had to wait ten minutes before the engine would turn again.
