Usually with multiple issues, I pick one system, then check voltage and ground. The diagram is for power windows. You can see the two fuses, one is hot all the time, for load side of accessory power relay, in diagram. The line with arrowhead is load side of that relay. The other side of relay is control side, needs voltage and ground. The other fuse goes hot with key on, use a test lite and check voltage on both fuse circuits. You could even unplug that relay and use jumper wire on the terminals for load side of relay, to see if windows will work? If so, the problem is on control side of relay, voltage or ground. If the components you listed all operate on ignition feed and if that is the problem, have to check ignition switch wiring circuits.
