Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1995 sl 500 the center vents blow cold air the out side vents blow hot air after car warms up

On my 2001 SL 500 there are two buttons located between the two center dash air outlets. Pushing the red button causes the temperature of the air exiting those vents to get warmer (when the A/C is running). Pushing the blue one causes the air exiting those vents to get cooler when the heater is running. To my knowledge, neither of those buttons affects the temperature of the air exiting the extreme left and right outboard vents on the dash. You might want to try playing with those two buttons none-the-less (if your 1995 has similar buttons).
