Why does my vehicle still vibrate at 70mph?

Theres a vibration on my suburban at only 70mph.  
When I go faster it goes away but when I get to 70
it starts vibrating again.  Any ideas on what could
be causing it? I've had my tires rotated and
balanced, aligned, I just changed the wheel
bearings which a mechanic suggested both front
wheel bearings were bad which they were.  
Although its improved.  It still vibrates at 70mph.

Are you running in 4WD on the pavement? If the front axles are locked in it can cause vibration even if you do not have it in 4WD.

I dont think so, I can check and look at that a little more. The only time I've used 4wd is when its snowy or muddy and I always make sure its turned off before proceeding..
