Why Brakes not working?

I bought a car from car gurus 6 months ago. I only drove the car for a
month And parked the car for the winter. I go to start the car and a
reduced braking light and esp is on the dash and the brake pedal
completely floors and does not stop the vehicle. Any ideas why this
would occur.

CG's does not sell cars. Check the brake fluid level. Probably time to rebuild the brake hydraulics.
