IS THE 1.5 CVCC ED3 THE SAME AS THE 1.5 CVCC ED1 AND ED4

I looked around and could not find an exact answer, but what I saw, the ED1-ED4 engines were used concurrently, and were all similarly designed. It stands to reason that an ED1 and ED4 should bolt up, as the ED1 was used 1975- and the ED2, 3, 4 were used 1976-79.
