I have a 1980 Honda Accord start and runs great with or with out AC, wipers and Stereo on. But when the headlights are turned on the engine starts to die, if headlights are turned off before engine dies the engine takes off and runs great. The other thing is the dish lights come on when the breaks are applied, this will also cause engine to start to die. Please help where should I look to correct this?

Checked wiring harness. no fault found, But I did trace the issue to the tail lights, the 1980 Accord runs great with out the fuse to the tail lights. With headlights on and tail light fuse out car runs great. put the taillight fuse in, the car runs a few seconds and dies. Any ideas on where to look?
