Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok, so I just bought this car got it registered and everything. Loving it so
far.
So when i hit the breaks the lights work with no problem. but when i turn on
my head lights and hit the breaks it lights up the top light and the right one
only but when im in drive it only lights up the left and the right is dimmed
but when i hit the  brakes it goes back to top and right., Is this right or do i
have to fix something there's only 4 bulbs intotal doesn't make any sense.
You have to own this car to get what i mean. Honda lx 1987

Sounds like there is a ground wire that would need cleaning up, not making a good connection. Have to look and clean all ground wires, start in the rear of the car first.
