Power windows have no power

In the fuse box under the hood I
am not getting any power to the
window fuses wether the key is on
or not, any ideas of why that is?

Relay, can pull one from another devise (also located near the window relay under hood) and try it out to see if windows are working fine if so replace that relay. May also check fuses under dash. If fuse or fuses are blown before putting in new ones it would be a good idea to look for why they blew.
