Do you have to drop fuel tank to change fuel pump on 1985 toyota camry. 2.0 liter gas engine

Was wondering  actually hoping there is a
service door under back seat . I can only
imagine how hard getting 30 year old bolts
removed .

It takes about 5 mins. to pull up the rear seat. Pull it out and see. If no access, then yes, you will have to drop the tank.
