cars dies when it rains

when it rains or the moisture is really high the car will die. then if you wait
about 15 min it will start up again and the cycle continues

I would use dielectric grease to seal the plug wire boots to the plugs and also to the distributor cap. If the cap has moisture inside, leave it off so it will dry out. If the distributor has a O-ring check it and replace it if it is damaged and use some of the dielectric grease on it too. If the plug wires are old, install new ones while you are at it.
