1985 Honda Civic swap

I was wondering if it would be possible to put a twin turbo v6 6a13 in my 85
civic sedan. It currently makes practically 75 whp so I just wanna be able to go
the speed limit on the interstate. Also what other mods would you recommend?

Loosen the radiator cap, lift it 6 inches, back the car out from under it, pull another car under it, lower cap and tighten.
