My car lost a pull while I was driving I did
replace the pull but now the car is not
starting when I put mark please help

If you mean your car broke a timing belt and you set the marks on the gears that's not all you need to do. You will have to also set the number 1 cylinder to top dead center and then make sure all the correct timing marks are in line. .
