89 Toyota corolla wat fuel do I use

Use the cheap stuff. Depends where you live as high elevations require less octane hence the 85 octane available in Denver and other higher altitude locations. Just buy the cheapest, but get top tier fuel at a name brand station. For more info on what "top tier" fuel is visit www.toptiergas.com
I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla that i bought brand new. I asked the dealer what gas i should use and he told me to use regular but to use a name brand name. I have been using Shell 87 octane and my car runs great. I would recommend Shell or any Top Tear gas because they have more detergents in them that keep your engine clean. I only use Shell because i want my car to last a long time.
By 89 corolla, the ae92 if you mean, then I recommend you use Mobil 1 "5w-30" fully synthetic. I drive an 1989 ae92 S.E limited corolla, and the oil has been Mobil 1 ever since my grandmother drove it, the car is 34 years old this year, has 363 000 mileage and still smooth like my favorite car, an 1989 ae92 S.E limited corolla lol. I have been driving and maintaining the car from 2017 ever since my grandmother passed it down to be. I drive the car daily and maintain it always.
