go with the K&n air intake system and for your exhaust go with either truss (if you have the money for it ) or go on the TRD website for toyota racing division

get a timing light and advance the timing 2 or 3 degrees if your up for it retard the cam timing a degree or too that give you noticable power without spending alot dont advance the timing too much or youll need to run 91 octane or higher

In a Corolla the only way you're going to get "performance" is an engine swap.
