Hi iamrock! Here's a no-start guide to help you run down the more mundane alternatives. The neutral safety switch possibility is a bit more complex to deal with. You are going to need to consult a pro on the possibility of a bypass or switchout. Good luck!

Hey Your question does not describe much about the vehicle, but I wouldnt be looking at the neutral safety circuit just yet. Have you checked for proper power, ground and signal to the starter. Checked battery connections, fuse connections or if the vehicle is equipped with a ignition solenoid seperate from starter solenoid check to see if allowing voltage to go to starter. Neutral safety switches all work on the principal but problems could be linked to a TSB or manufacturing defect. Bypassing cannot always be done, but also dependant on the vehicle, could be a faulty ground. Also is the new starter any good, sometimes new ones arent any good. Ive seen many!! Anyways hope this helps. Tuner_guy123
