are you referring to an air bubble in the radiator / cooling system?

find the 6mm bleeder (hexigon shape) screw in the top hose area and open it, run the car and add coolant till it starts bubbling with coolant. close bleeder when done. ;)

I would check cooling cap. Spring is probably old. Bubbles also indicate cracked heads or head gasket.
