my car's breaks starts to jam and i m unable to press the gas pedal too on the road.wt's wrong?

while i am driving after a while my car's break  starts to jam and it gets hard for me to press the gas pedal , is it the master cylinder or what ?
what can i do?

Sounds like perhaps you have a caliper seizing up, or some hoses which have collapsed internally and are preventing the flow of brake fluid back from the calipers after the pedal is released. Get this checked by a mechanic ASAP.
