passenger side head lights and front signal not

Look for a good automotive electrician, not a construction electrician. I would first check the fuses though and you can do that.

My passenger head light and front signal be coming on and off specially when I hit a pothole

That problem is a loose connection. Check the bulbs, sockets and plugs to the bulbs.
